What information is being collected
When you click my Contact WBS on my website it will take you to my enquiry form and will ask you for your name, email address and details of your enquiry – once you go onto the enquiry form you may choose to provide me with further information about your enquiry which could include your business name, business address and social media handles.

I process your personal data only when we have a lawful basis to do so under the UK GDPR.
Typically, this will be:
Contract: to provide services or respond to your enquiries.
Legal obligation: to maintain accounting and tax records.
Legitimate interest: to operate and improve my website and business.
Consent: where you have given explicit permission (for example, marketing emails).
This information will be used by me to:
Contact you in regards to your enquiry and look at your social media platforms and website – I’m a social media manager so I can’t do my job without that.
Used for my internal records should we go forward with your enquiry and work together.
Your billing address will be asked for by me if we do work together for the purpose of invoicing, this information is stored in my secure server and sent to my invoicing system at Free Agent in order to generate your monthly or one off invoice. I will never ask for any financial information from you, instead, I send you my account details for payment.
My website is run by Godaddy which processes personal data on my behalf in accordance with its own privacy policy. GoDaddy’s servers may be located outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, GoDaddy ensures appropriate safeguards are in place such as standard contractual clauses.
Your information, including Personal Information, may be stored through GoDaddy’s servers. By using the Service, you consent to GoDaddy’s collection, disclosure, storage, and use of your Personal Information in accordance with GoDaddy’s privacy policy here.
When you visit my website information may be collected from you via Google Analytics which is used by me to assess how effective my website is, which includes IP Address, devices used to access my website, time zones, page response times, browsers and usage data.
I use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and usage patterns. Data such as IP address, browser type, and device information are processed in anonymised form. Analytics cookies are only set after you provide consent through my cookie banner.”

Keeping your Data on File
I am legally required to keep personal data for accounting records for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.
I retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised
Disclosure of Information
I will not sell, distribute, lease or otherwise make your information available to third parties in any way whatsoever unless I:

I do not collect any sensitive data from you, sensitive data under the GDPR act is defined as data consisting of racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
Access to information
You have a number of rights under the UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and to object to processing.
